Refund Policy

All sales are final

Fate Atlas readings are personalized digital services that are delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase. Because the full value of a reading is available the moment it is generated, all payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to subscription payments (first payments and renewals alike) and to one-time reports once generated.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your Account page in two clicks — immediately, or at the end of the current billing period — with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.
• You keep access to everything you paid for until the end of the billing period you cancelled in.
• Avoid unwanted renewals by cancelling before your renewal date, shown on your Account page. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

One-time reports

Reports are personalized digital goods, generated on demand for your birth data, and are non-refundable once generated.

Billing errors

The only exception is a genuine billing error on our side — for example, being charged twice for the same period or billed for two overlapping plans. Email contact@fateatlas.xyz within 7 days of the charge and we will correct the error and refund the difference.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — billing errors are resolved faster with us directly. Accounts that file chargebacks on legitimate, delivered purchases may be suspended.
