Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Fate Atlas is operated by Aurora AI Ventures LLC, Jersey City, New Jersey, United States ("Fate Atlas", "we", "us"). By using fateatlas.xyz (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Fate Atlas provides interpretive readings based on traditional Eastern systems (Purple Star Astrology, Four Pillars, QiMen, I Ching) rendered with the help of artificial intelligence. The Service is offered for reflection, self-observation and entertainment purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. There is no scientific evidence that these systems predict future events. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information (including birth details) you provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans (Premium, Professional, Elite) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance via Stripe — monthly for Premium and Professional, yearly for Elite — at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. They renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account page (immediately or at the end of the current billing period) or via the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the period you paid for, unless you chose immediate cancellation.
• One-time reports are single purchases, not subscriptions.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle and we will notify you in advance.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it by automated means beyond normal use, reselling readings without permission, reverse engineering, or using outputs to harass or harm any person.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software, and content are owned by Aurora AI Ventures LLC or its licensors. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally; the underlying systems, prompts and software remain ours.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora AI Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
